Aura was created from my own wellness journey. I started making healthier choices, found reformer Pilates, slowly built my confidence back up and ended up losing almost four stone along the way. Reformer genuinely changed my mindset and became something I completely fell in love with.
I was already successful with my first business, but creating a space where people actually leave feeling better was really important to me. I didn’t want Aura to just feel like somewhere you come in and spend money — I wanted it to feel like an experience 🤍
That’s why we included reformer, sunbeds for that lovely glow, red light therapy, wellness products and our little spiritual corner too. I also spent a huge amount of time choosing the right instructors and wellness hosts so everybody feels welcomed, comfortable and looked after when they’re here.
Aura was created to be a safe, uplifting little escape from reality, even if it’s just for an hour ✨
